Terms and Conditions
• The commission prices above are for PERSONAL USE only. The commissioner is allowed to reproduce them for personal consumption. If the artwork is intended to be used for COMMERCIAL PURPOSES such as book covers or distributed prints, the commissioner needs to inform me beforehand so that a different pricing can be negotiated.• All of my artworks are NOT allowed to be used as data for AI/ML training. They are also NOT available for modification by third parties.• If the characters have not had an official design, please be as detailed as possible in your descriptions. I would really appreciate if you have photo references as well!• I will give 2 WIP updates (so any changes will need to be made during these updates) for the painting commissions, and there will be only 1 WIP update for the sketch commission. Any extra changes will come with extra cost.• I will start the commission as soon as I get half or full payment. I will also send you the Tracker document so that you can see the progress of your commission, the estimated delivery dates (may be subjected to change) and the current queue.• If for any reason, I am not able to finish the commission, I will discuss the matter with you and send a full refund. Other than that, there will be no refunds.• I have the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable or confident about doing them with my abilities.• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.• By sending me a request form, I assume you have read and agreed to my terms and conditions stated above.
